"Gua" means the motion of scraping and "Sha" are the rash marks that appear on the skin. This technique is used to relieve acute and chronic pains by breaking down stagnation to release toxins & heat in the tissue, reduce inflammation and boost immunity.

is the application of heat from the burning of Ai ye "Mugwort" over acu-points & various locations on the body. Mugwort is a traditional herb renowned for its healing properties. It is the most yang herb, providing protective and energizing benefits. In western science we understand it to be antiviral, antibacterial and provide neurological support.
